V2.0 Clearance Rugs – Factory Seconds (Original version is 100% OK)

These are factory seconds from a new production run, offered at a discounted price to clear remaining stock.

Known issues may include:

Shorter-than-usual leg straps — mostly on larger sizes

Smaller neck covers on some rugs — not all. Depending on your horse, this may or may not be an issue. In the worst case, the neck buckles may not close, and you’d need to either extend the straps or remove the neck entirely.

These issues do not affect every rug, but may be present. (See Reviews Below)

No faults with the fabric or stitching.

Please note:
These rugs are fully functional and fit-for-purpose, but are sold as clearance/factory seconds with known potential defects (mainly relating to neck cover fit).

All sales are final on clearance items with disclosed faults. This does not affect your statutory rights if there is a fault that wasn't disclosed.

Please note, that some of the packaging only shows NZ sizing on the sticker. (Wither to tail - eg 5'0 NZ = 6'6 UK) The warehouse guys pick correctly 99.9% of the time so chances are you have the right size.

Same Day Despatch

Orders placed before 12pm GMT (Monday–Friday) are despatched the same day.

Orders placed before 12pm Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday (Mainland UK).
Weekend orders ship on Monday.

We use DPD and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

Mainland UK: DPD Next Day Service – normally next working day.
Highlands, Northern Ireland & Scottish Isles: DPD Two-Day Service (flat rate).
Royal Mail Tracked 48: For parcels under 3 kg, same flat rate anywhere in the UK.

DPD pricing varies by weight and location. Royal Mail pricing is fixed nationwide.
