Same Day Despatch

Orders placed before 12pm GMT (Monday–Friday) are despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, leave the next working day.

UK Delivery (Mainland, Highlands & NI)

We now use DHL and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

• Mainland UK: DHL Next Day Service – typically next working day. (Delays can occur in bad weather or rural areas. Please include a contact number if you live in a hard-to-find location.)

• Highlands & Northern Ireland: DHL Two-Day Service.

• Smaller parcels (under 3 kg) may be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 anywhere in the UK at the same flat rate.

DHL rates vary by location. Royal Mail pricing is fixed nationwide.

Taxes

• UK: VAT applied automatically at checkout.

• EU: Prices are shown without UK VAT.

  • DHL (DDP): Duties and local taxes prepaid at checkout — no extra charges on delivery.

  • FedEx: Price shown covers shipping only. Local taxes and duties will be billed separately by FedEx during delivery.

European Delivery (DHL or FedEx)

Most European orders arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on location.

International Orders (Outside UK & EU) – FedEx

We can ship worldwide. Prices shown at checkout are live rates from FedEx.
If no rate appears for your country, please contact us and we’ll set it up for you manually.
