2. About These Terms

These Terms apply to all retail purchases made through animac-wear.com.
By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by them.

3. Ordering from Us

When you place an order through our website:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received and accepted.

  • Your order becomes legally binding when we send a Dispatch Confirmation Email.

We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or if the item becomes unavailable.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
If you’re shopping from outside the UK, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience.


4. Delivery

We use FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail for our deliveries.
Delivery options and times are shown at checkout.

We deliver to the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations.

For EU deliveries, orders may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — this will be clearly shown at checkout.

If a delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control, the courier will normally contact you using the details you provided.
Once the goods are delivered to your address, responsibility for them passes to you.


5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not, you can return any item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return:

Please use a tracked or recorded delivery service and include a copy of your original paperwork.

Important notes:

  • Items must be in original, clean, and resalable condition unless faulty.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • Clearance, sale, or end-of-line products can only be returned if faulty.

  • Refunds do not include the original delivery cost unless we were at fault.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.


6. Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and Stripe.
All payments are processed securely using encrypted systems.
Your payment must be authorised before dispatch.


7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, and images are accurate.
Small variations in size, colour, or finish may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or screen display differences.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.


8. Faulty or Damaged Items

All products are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty or develops a fault, contact us with details and photos.
We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Our products are designed for normal use on farm animals.
Please follow all usage and care instructions provided on the product or packaging.
Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk — if in doubt, contact us for advice before use.

We aim to help if anything goes wrong, but we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Misuse, neglect, or incorrect fitting of a product;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Losses arising from business or resale use.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights or our responsibility for anything the law says we can’t exclude (for example, fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).


10. Disputes and Governing Law

We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
If you’re unhappy with your product or service, please contact us first.

If a dispute can’t be resolved directly, you may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) before taking legal action.

These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

No one other than you and us has any rights to enforce any part of these Terms.
