At AniMac, you can shop with confidence.
If your item isn’t quite right — wrong size, changed your mind, or just not needed — no problem.
Simply send it back within 90 days of delivery for a refund.

Pop it in any packaging that keeps it safe on the way back.

We recommend using a tracked courier or postal service so you know it arrives safely.
Refunds
We’ll refund your order once it’s back with us — no questions asked.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Original delivery fees aren’t refunded unless we made a mistake with your order.
Exchanges
We don’t process exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order through the website after your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If the product value is over £50, use a tracked service.
Clearance & Sale Items
Items marked as clearance, end-of-line, or sale can only be returned if faulty.
