IMPORTANT NOTICE: Unfortunately the neck rugs on the smaller Allrounders are too small and will need to be taken off or adjusted to work. We have discounted these sizes to compensate. We've worked closely with our customers to make sure we fix the issue for the next order coming next year.

Rule of thumb for mini size rugs, they are as long as they are high. So if your mini is 30" tall, they will be 30" along the back, so get the NZ Size 30".

Same day despatch

UK: We despatch the same day if you place your order before 1pm (UK Time) on a weekday. Other orders are despatched the next working day.

DPD Next day is week days only - Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered Monday the following week. Orders placed over the weekend will be picked and sent the following Monday.

SWAPS & RETURNS

At AniMac you can shop with peace of mind. Any items that are not suitable for purpose can be returned. No problem if you want to change size or you just don't like it. Simply return any of your items in original saleable condition within 30 days of receiving them.

SWAPS: The easiest and fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order for the size you do want. Send the old size you don't want back for a refund.

Refunds: Just send back the items you don't want for a refund.
