If you live in mainland UK and select DPD, this is a next day service but you must get your order in before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Otherwise it will be the next working day.
Royal mail at their best will be 2 days but much more likely to be 3 to 5 days. In very busy times this can blow out to 7-10 days, but only a few times a year.
You should have received an email once your order was sent with your tracking info. If you did not get this email, please check your spam folder.
If the tracking number comes up with an error or showing its been delivered but not at your address, please get in touch via email to hello@animac-wear.com and include the original order number in the subject line.
All our measurements are taken from along the animals back, neck to tail. This is the best place to start and see what options we have near that. In most cases, its better to go up to the nearest size but for some fine/ thin animals, going down a size will work better.
We should have size charts on most products but if you find we don't or one is lacking information, please let us know.

We treat swaps and returns the same way. Post what you don't want back to our warehouse in Dukinfield with a copy of the paperwork. The warehouse guys need to be able to match products to original order. Once they process the return we will refund that original order.
If you wanted to swap, you can either place the new order now or wait for the refund to come in.
