Back length: Measure from the base of the neck to the top of the tail.

If you're in between sizes, for alpaca with solid build it's best to go up one size.            

If you're in between sizes, for alpaca with narrow build it's best to go down one size.

      *Our sizing chart is a guide only, as alpacas and crias vary greatly in weight, frame, and stage of growth. Fleece length can significantly affect measurements — a freshly shorn alpaca will measure smaller than the same animal in full fleece. Please keep this in mind when selecting a coat size.
